Self-Service Subscription Activation

You can provision your tenants and activate their paid KACE Cloud MDM subscriptions swiftly without relying on the KACE Cloud Operations team. On purchase of subscription, you will receive a unique one-time activation code through email. You can choose any one of the following options to activate the subscription:

• provision a new tenant through the embedded link in the email, providing the necessary details
  
• associate with an existing tenant by entering the code in the Admin Portal.

Once submitted, the system promptly updates your KACE Cloud account, and sends a welcome email with the subscription and tenant information.

NOTE: The activation code is case-sensitive and for single-use. For any issues, reach out to the KACE Cloud Support team.
